What we do

If you lead or want to lead, but have had little or no preparation for this role, the teaching here provides it.

 

Most people are promoted on the basis of wit and skill or because they've delivered, and fit in. They are not necessarily promoted for their ability to lead, nor are they then given any teaching to prepare them for this role.

The programmes here are that teaching, and give a framework to lead in both formal leadership situations (in which leadership is your primary accountability), and informal leadership situations (in which you choose to lead as your responsibility, or to get things done).

​

As a leader, you will always lead through a team, whether or not your team members know they are in one, and your team will always respond, in kind, to your leadership style. That's why, we avoid tips and techniques to get the most out of people (manipulation) and focus instead, on what it will take for you to inspire your colleagues to use their collective intelligence to innovate and create, and contribute and serve.
