Find Your Purpose

Are you looking to increase your self-awareness, clarify your purpose, and live a completely fulfilling life (part II)?

If so, you may appreciate our personal coaching programme for retired people who lead.

Personal coaching to develop how you relate to yourself and life

In the Self-Mastery for Retired Leaders programme, you will explore who you are in the world and what may be possible for you in this next phase of your life.

While acknowledging and learning from your previous achievements, your retirement may enable you to make your greatest contribution yet, perhaps in previously suppressed and novel formats.

Programme Benefits

This 12 month programme examines who you really are and how you manage yourself and your relationships, to live the life you and others want.

You will achieve:

  • Clarity about your purpose in life and how you might want to continue to contribute.

  • Improved self-awareness of your Self, not limited by your personality and beliefs.

  • Increased confidence in your ability to live authentically, and on purpose.

  • Improved capability through improved communication skills to manage all your relationships.

  • Improved ability to identify and manage your core beliefs and hidden limiting assumptions.

  • Tools to manage life’s situations, and achieve fulfilment and inner peace.

Learning objectives

  1. To be aware of, and understand from where your unmanaged thoughts, emotions, and feelings, arise, and where they are taking you now, and in the longer-term.

  2. To begin to clarify your purpose in retirement and the direction you would like your life to go.

  3. To identify who you want to be in retirement. The programme will provide a framework for you to redefine your personal and professional identity. You'll gain insights into how to leverage your past experiences and expertise to embark on new ventures such as mentoring, consulting, or pursuing entrepreneurial opportunities.

  4. Recommendations for personal resources for life-long learning to support your continued stimulation.

How it works

In the one-on-one coaching, you are taken through a sequence of conversations in which you assess and re-evaluate how you relate to yourself; to others, and to your life.

The programme comprises a workday and an average of five video calls.

The workday conversations take place in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty such as: the National Trust's Devil's Punch Bowl, near Haslemere, Surrey.

We also visit the surrounding tea rooms and cafes, places that will refresh and help stimulate an objective assessment of your life, your purpose, and potential, as we explore what you want to achieve in your life and leisure.

This workday can also take place via Zoom, at mutually convenient times.

We follow the workday with a sequence of calls or video calls in which we discuss how you are applying the tools in your life and your leadership of yourself, and recommend further resources for your continued learning and growth.

Pricing Information

You can participate in the workday in-person, or remotely:

  • £6,000 for the 12 month programme

"My day walking with Christopher allowed me to experience some profound and transformational shifts in the way I see the world. Through the experience of being deeply listened to and challenged where necessary, I gained a deep clarity around both my purpose in life and my relationships. Christopher enabled me to look at my situation in a much wiser, more open-minded way that left me feeling lighter, more confident and empowered. It took an intervention of this kind for me to transcend old ways of thinking and I believe that it marked the beginning of a new, more enlightened chapter. Thank you.”
