Workshop: Presenting Your Ideas is an interactive workshop about how to enrol clients, teams, and groups in what you see is possible.
Aims
You're speaking but are you being heard?
Few people want to be on the receiving end of most presentations. Few want to be spoken at with a slide show.
But in getting your ideas out there, and communicating the need for change, effective presentation can enable you to connect with your audience and the unseen audience beyond it to ignite stakeholder progress toward what you see is possible.
In this interactive workshop you will learn how to communicate naturally with groups, teams, and audiences, and inspire them.
Objectives
This workshop will enable you to:

Identify what your audience wants (and also needs) to hear

Structure your talk to deliver it with impact

Practice effectively before, and at the venue

Manage your nerves and anxieties

Warm up your audience - before you go on

Speak authoritatively without knowing it all

Handle questions and experts

Speak without notes (but with notes)

Manage your posture, voice, and position on the podium

Manage your eye contact, hands and . . . . . . . . . . . (silence)

Handle slides and the screen

Be completely present to your audience.
